Meditation has been part of my life. It is my tool I use to tap into my consciousness. I use it to cultivate my Emotional Intelligence. Meditation is my inner compass.
Learn the art of the simplicity of meditation. I will be your personal meditation guide throughout the session. Meditation is more than just to relieve stress and anxiety. It deeply connects you with your mind, body and soul.
This program delivers guided meditations to tap into your consciousness. You will learn how to open your energy centers (chakras). Use mindfulness as contemplation of daily activities during consciousness. Our Heart and Mindfulness Meditation program focuses on learning the basic technique of recognition of the body, emotions, mind, and simply to be in the moment. At the end of each session you will walk away rejuvenated, refreshed with a positive outlook on life.
